Rental Information

The Town Green is the perfect gathering spot to host your next special event or celebration! This urban park is located at 7991 Main Street, between the Maple Grove Government Center and the Maple Grove Library. With five areas available for rental, Town Green is a popular site for meetings, parties, weddings, family celebrations, concerts, and other special events. Perhaps the most identifiable structure available for rental at the Town Green is the bandshell with its 105 foot wide, white concrete canopy covering the stage. A small meeting room, peninsula with pergola, lawn with small stage, and park plaza are also available for rental.

Rental Information & Fees

  • The Meeting Room: $15 to $35 per hour
    • Overlooking the lake with tables and seating for up to 30 people.
  • The Bandshell: $600 to $700
    • A large stage with sound equipment and lighting, terraced seating for 300 people, and lawn seating for hundreds more.
      Discount for Sunday through Thursday mornings.
  • The Point: $200 to $300
    • A peninsula on the lake with a pergola.
  • The Lawn: $200 to $300
    • A flat lawn with a small stage.
  • The Plaza: $200 to $300
    • A heavily landscaped area with park benches.

Parking/Handicap Access

Free Parking is available on Main Street, on the upper level of the library ramp, at the Community Center lots, and most evenings at the Government Center lot.

Smoking/Tobacco Policy

The Town Green buildings and grounds are tobacco free.
