Hennepin County has been selected to participate in the National Health and Nutrition Survey (NHANES), a major study of the health of persons living in the United States.
Personnel from the National Center for Health Statistics will be conducting the survey starting March 23, 2023 through May 23, 2023. Approximately, 733 people from Hennepin County will be asked to participate in the survey.
Interviewers will be knocking on doors of randomly pre-selected households throughout the county. They will conduct a brief survey at the doorstep to identify eligible NHANES participants. NHANES interviewers will always carry official CDC identification. As a resident, should you be contacted, you can be assured that NHANES is a legitimate, federally funded, national survey.
