The National Center for Health Statistics, part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, is conducting the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), a major study of the health of persons living in the United States. Hennepin County has been randomly selected as one of the survey locations.
NHANES staff will be conducting the survey in the county from March 23 through May 23. Approximately 733 people from Hennepin County will be asked to participate with NHANES reps going door to door. As a resident, should you be contacted, you can be assured that NHANES is a legitimate, federally funded, national survey.
