The group would work closely with the City of Maple Grove, Maple Grove Banks & Credit Unions, and individual Maple Grove H.O.A.s to market as many Non-Owner Occupied residents to become Owner occupied. It could also help convert apartments into condominiums. Homeownership is the cornerstone for generational prosperity. This group could be essential in developing all residents' economic strength and reducing city services that corporate housing takes for granted.
