To order an Angel of Hope memorial brick, fill out the following form. You will be contacted within three business days to process the order. Bricks are $125.
Orders placed by April 1 will be installed in May and dedicated on the first Sunday in June. Orders placed by September 1 will be installed in October and dedicated on the first Sunday in November.

Donor name, phone number, email and address will be shared with the Friends of the Angel, a 501(c)(3) organization honoring the Angel of Hope statue. Find information information about the organization on the Friends of the Angel website.
Please provide the recipient's contact information if this purchase is a gift.
They will receive a letter and commemorative certificate that includes the brick inscription. The gift recipient will also be the primary point of contact for any future correspondence from Maple Grove Parks and Recreation.
Please list the names of all who should be shown on the certificate.
Up to three lines of text per brick. Each line is limited to 16 characters, including spaces and punctuation.

Visa, MasterCard, or Discover are accepted over the phone. Online payment is not offered at this time.
