The Human Resources Department is dedicated to assisting City departments and employees in recruiting and retaining top talent for the City. We are also responsible for labor and employee relations, contract negotiations, compensation management, benefits administration, worker’s compensation, performance management, personnel policy development and recordkeeping, training and organizational development, and employee wellness programs.
