Community Center Needs Assessment

Maple Grove Community Center - 12951 Weaver Lake Rd

The Community Center is conducting a needs assessment and master plan for a possible expanded Community Center and campus.

Over the coming months, the City of Maple Grove will be conducting a survey of community members through US mail.  Additionally an online survey will be offered. Watch for more details.
