View Agenda, Minutes and webstreaming of Planning Commission Meetings.  The Planning Commission meetings are held on the 2nd and Last Mondays of every month at 7:00 pm, unless a holiday falls on a Monday, then it would be held on the following Tuesday.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, online meetings were implemented as of late March for City Council, Planning Commission and Park Board.

As of July 31, all City Councilmembers returned to attend meetings in person in the Council Chambers. The city will continue to provide a public call-in option for public attendance/input remotely. Appropriate City of Maple Grove staff and City Attorney will also be attending either in person or online.

The Planning Commission and Park Board have a hybrid meeting format with a mix of board members attending in person in the Council Chambers or attending remotely online. Appropriate City of Maple Grove staff and City Attorney also attend either in  person or online.

Members of the public can provide comment or input by submitting an online form at 
https://forms.maplegrovemn.gov/Forms/public-comment These comments will be reviewed and shared as part of the online meeting process.
